Send us your free day
We take requests through the form below and reply by email to the address you give. Tell us the city, the date and the fixed point at the end of the day, and we come back with a timed plan and a quote.
One way to reach us
This site has no phone line and no public mailbox. Everything goes through the form at the foot of this page, and we answer by email to the address you enter. That keeps the plan, the price and any change in writing, in one thread.
If you do not see our reply, check your spam folder and send the form again with a second address.
Write in plain English and do not worry about the format. A request such as "two adults, Hanoi Old Quarter, 14 March, must be back by 19:00 for a dinner booking, one of us dislikes long drives" is enough for us to write a real plan. If you are not sure which excursion you want, describe the free day and what you would like to see, and we suggest one or two options with their road times side by side. Requests for several days in different cities are fine in one form; list each city with its date.
What to write so the first reply is a plan
| You tell us | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The city you are in and your hotel or its area | Pickup windows depend on it |
| The date, and a back-up date for boat trips | Storm warnings can stop Ha Long boats |
| The time you must be back | We plan backwards from it |
| Party size and ages of children | Vehicle size, child tickets, and some age limits (Angkor Wat upper level) |
| Anyone who cannot manage stairs or long drives | Changes which excursion we suggest |
| For cruise passengers: ship, port, arrival and all-aboard times | The whole day is built from them |
What happens next
- We read the request and check the date against the season and the opening hours.
- We reply by email with a timed plan, the fees it includes and one price for your party.
- You ask for changes or confirm. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
- The evening before, we confirm the exact pickup time.
Payment methods and the terms are written into your quote.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the site already. Travel times and seasons are in the day-trip planner; port distances on the shore excursions page; what moves the price on the pricing page. If your question is about a city we do not list, ask anyway.
We never ask for payment by message or to an account that is not on the payment page. If you receive such a request, do not pay; reply to our original email first.
Requests we will decline
- Multi-country packages of a week or more.
- Treks.
- Coach groups.
- Shore days where the city is too far for the hours in port — we will suggest a nearer option instead.
Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
Can I call you?
Not at present. Requests go through the form, and we reply by email so that the plan stays in writing.
What should I include in the form?
The city, the date, your hotel area or ship, party size, and the time you must be back.
Do I pay anything when I send the form?
No. You receive a plan and a quote first; payment follows only after you confirm.
Can I ask about a city you do not list?
Yes. Send the city and the free day; we tell you what fits and where the travel times come from.
